Behaviour Mentor – Secondary School – Hounslow, South West London Q- Are you a bright Graduate & aspiring School Counsellor? If so, we are working with a Fantastic Secondary school in Hounslow who are on the hunt for hardworking and inspirational Behaviour Mentors . With pupils from a range of backgrounds, we are seeking the support of proactive Behaviour Mentors this September to help motivate and encourage learners across KS3, KS4 & KS5. To find out more, please continue reading and APPLY TODAY… Role: · Ensure that all pupils can increase their learning · Provide 1:1 & small group support to students with EAL & mild SEN · Work closely with students who have challenging behaviours · Plan & deliver booster sessions · Run social & emotional interventions · Full time (Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:00) · Long-term – starting ASAP · £70 - £80 per day healthcare package Who are we looking for? · 1 st Class/ 2:1 degree · Dedicated & committed individuals · You MUST be hardworking and willing to tackle challenges head-on · Previous child-related experience is required About the School: · Large, mixed-gender Secondary School · Inclusive, creative curriculum taught · Work alongside an experienced & supportive SENCo · In-house training & CPD · Located in Hounslow, South West London · Great transport links – 7mins to nearest station If this Behaviour Mentor role sounds like the role for you, submit your CV for consideration today.
