Page personnel are delighted to be partnered with our highly respected client in recruiting an Administration Assistant. Client Details Our client is a market leading business located in the heart of Ayrshire. The role is in the St Quivox area, a 10 minute drive from the centre of Ayr. Description The successful candidate will most likely have the following responsibilities: Process purchase orders Manage Group mailbox Monthly credit card reconciliations Investigate invoice queries Process sales orders Receipt sub contract work New product administration management Arrange car hire for staff Various other ad hoc administrative tasks Profile The successful candidate will most likely have the following characteristics: Previous administrative experience preferred Will most likely need to be a driver as there are very limited public transport links Excellent communication skills Excellent time management skills Able to work to tight deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft packages Job Offer This role offers a competitive salary of £17,000 plus benefits.
