Overview
I am urgently seeking an Accountant for a key, international client of mine based in Leatherhead. Due to an internal restructure my client requires an experienced Accountant to work on a contract/ permanent basis. The role will report to the Financial Accounts Manager and will be supporting them with duties below as well as other projects and generally deputising and offering support. Duties include: Create monthly journals for Oracle/SAP Prepare monthly reconciliations Month end processes Accruals/Prepayments Bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations Responsible for all level one finance approvals in the system Compliance/audit checks for all claims Prepare payment files for all EMEA entities Maintain claims/payment register for all EMEA entities Create Intercompany invoices for all recharges Assistance with annual audits Assisting the finance manager with various projects Liaising on phone calls with America Ideally you will have used SAP or Oracle in a previous role and have at least 5 years experience in a similar role. Ideally you will be AAT qualified or studying for a similar qualification.
