Overview
I have a great opportunity has arisen for an Senior level Estimator for a residential main contractor that have been established for over 50 year’s within the construction industry. This contractor has an impressive reputation for being one of the best at producing residential projects from start to finish with a turnover of £350 million. This Senior Estimator opportunity will see you join the company to lead the cost planning on projects that range from £40-£90 million. This role will suit an Senior Estimator who can demonstrate the ability to use measuring and pricing software and take ownership on projects whilst being adaptable. This contractor made up of 20 employees within the pre-construction team broken into Estimating, Planning and the Bid team.As the Senior Estimator you will work closely alongside the Managing Estimator and have the opportunity to progress into a principal estimating position and develop your skill set. The ideal candidate would have Residential experience with either a contractor or developer although this is not essential.
