Overview
Resourcer Whiteley £18-20,000 plus additional bonuses An impressive YOUNG recruitment business with a specialism in Technology are looking to hire another Resourcer. Our client has doubled their turnover in 12 months, traded well for 4 years, have recently relocated to Whiteley and are the proud owners of modern, funky offices with all the necessary investment to ensure your journey with them is fun, supportive and rewarding. We are looking to speak to candidates who have a minimum of 6 months recruitment experience in a resourcer role or are in a trainee recruiter role. The role with our client will be fully supported from day one - you will receive a very impressive training alongside a team of experienced recruiters and another resourcer who is 6 months into their journey and a great example of how successful their processes and business is. You will be primarily focusing on candidate attraction via a number of different platforms, which include their CRM, LINKED IN, advertising through job boards and searching cv databases. You will be supporting recruitment consultants with their live roles and producing vetted candidates to fill their live roles. The earning opportunity is fantastic and includes a number of ways to improve your base salary from day one. Up to£1000 bonus is payable with various success.
