Resourcer or Recruiter Portsmouth based Legal recruitment Circa £30k Our client has carved an enviable reputation for recruiting legal professionals across the UK. Working in a shared office with circa 20 staff in total, we now have an opportunity for you to join their team in the role of resourcer or recruiter, depending upon experience. As a resourcer you will support the team of consultants initially through candidate sourcing and management. This role can either develop in to a full recruitment consultant moving on to a 360 desk, or if your passion is for people, you can develop your career down the resourcing and candidate management route. A lovely independent business that has been operating overall for almost 20 years now, this is a great time to join if you have either a degree in law or a genuine interest in learning more about the legal profession. We do require individuals with prior recruitment or resourcing experience to apply for this role, although sector is very open at this stage.
