Overview

Team Support are currently recruiting for a well run care home within the High Wycombe area. We are looking for candidates who can commit to 36 hours per week with the ability to take on more hours if available. Candidates will be working 8pm-8am with a 1 hour break. Job Purpose : To support the Care Team Leader and Management in leading the staff team by: Ensuring that all Care Plans, risk assessments and relevant forms for service users are created, reviewed and implemented with them and their significant others where appropriate, to ensure that their needs are met in a person centred way When necessary and if appropriate to supervise staff according to policies and procedures. When necessary and if appropriate to act as the shift leader in charge of the scheme on a shift basis. To provide physical, emotional, spiritual and social support to service users within the scheme to encourage them to achieve maximum independence where possible. To ensure that the highest standard of care is maintained in accordance with policies and procedures and CQC Fundamental Standards Location: High Wycombe Pay rate: £10.13
