Overview
Head of Shared Services Birmingham Perm £65k - £75k Benefits Bonus Greenwellgleeson is recruiting for a financial Shared Service Centre Manager for an international multi site organisation with a large shared service function based in the Birmingham area. This is a key role within the organisation requiring regular contact with senior management and key stakeholders throughout the global network. The objective of this position is to oversee the transactional processing of AP / AR / Credit Control / Payroll. To succeed the successful individual will process the ability to engage at all levels and very quickly establush relationships with direct reports to instil and drive a culture where excellent customer service is paramount. You will be an energetic leader with a 'lead from the front' attitude. Responsible for coaching, developing and up skilling a team of 36. Identify and implement where required process improvement, system improvement and increased efficiencies where ever possible.
