Overview

We are a healthcare provider that specialises in personalised care for people that have sustained a brain injury. We are looking for Support Workers around Cardiff. If you are reliable, empathetic, patient and have good communication skills we want to hear from you. We have shifts available Saturday and Sunday starting at 10am and finishing at 6pm. The rate of pay ranges from £9.00 to £12.18. We offer all our support workers a free enhanced DBS check and 25 days of paid annual holiday. You will have 24/7 contact with the office staff as well as regular supervisions and appraisals. We are a very receptive team with an open-door policy, and our aim is to ensure that you feel safe and happy doing your job. We will also provide you with extensive paid training, accredited Care Certificate , as well as specialist nurse led approach for clinical needs. About the Client You will be joining a new team caring for a young boy aged 12 with cerebral palsy in the Cardiff area. Your duties will include manual handling and personal care as well as ensuring the client's safety at all times. Please be aware that there are also 2 younger children in the family. The right candidate must be passionate, adaptable and perceptive to help this child's rehabilitation and ensure his continued development. Successful candidates must be able to drive.
