Overview
Exciting opening for a professional and proactive EA to support the inspiring President of a leading theatre production company. A fast paced, high volume position, this role requires a confident and forward thinking individual who loves pre-empting the needs of their boss and takes great pride in being responsible for keeping everything running smoothly. The ideal candidate will be a natural people person who enjoys building relationships company wide and ideally has previous experience / knowledge of the production process. Main areas of responsibility will include but not be limited to: Extensive and detailed diary and meeting management for a constantly changing diary; Arranging frequent complex and detailed, domestic and international travel itineraries, including flight and hotel bookings, transfers and visas; Managing the President’s inbox, dealing with highly confidential information and responding to emails on the President’s behalf where appropriate; Ensure a smooth filtering of information from the President’s office to the relevant staff and vice versa; Work with the Senior Vice President of Production and PA to COO, to ensure that the monthly board pack is delivered in a timely manner; Liaise with the Senior Vice President of Production and Production team to ensure that the President is updated on all live projects and productions; Work with EA to COO and PA to SVP Production to deliver the company weekly update; Work with PA to SVP Production on production invite lists for press nights and company functions; Manage and update President’s contacts; Assist President with personal requests as required; Ensure all expense returns are completed efficiently; Manage house seat requests and all industry and personal invitations for President’s office; Work alongside EA to COO on company Christmas card and corporate gift list; Maintain an accurate and up-to-date filing system; Undertake projects as directed; and Carry out any other duties that may be reasonably required and, where appropriate, provide cover during periods of annual leave. A minimum of 5 years C Suite level EA experience is essential along with a strong interest and experience in theatre and / or the arts is crucial.
