Overview
Architect, London, £42,000-£55,000 annum, Permanent, Bonus scheme. A skilled, Chartered and experienced Architect required for an established and award-winning Practice based in London with multiple offices across the UK. Our client is a busy London office who offer the highest standard of architectural services working in the multi-disciplinary sector. As experienced and Chartered Architect the initial project will comprise of a large new build, multi-occupancy residential flats in the last stages of design and delivery. This is one build comprising of three projects. The practice has an established pipeline of work that continues to develop to the extent they have already secured projects for the year 2020 and 2021. Being an award-winning Architectural Practice there are strict job criteria requirements. The Chartered and experienced Architect will demonstrate the following skills and qualifications to be considered: Requirements: Must to be a registered RIBA or ARB Architect, minimum of 5 years experience and based in the UK. Strong proven track record, working within the residential or commercial sector Experienced in managing a team Must demonstrate a good knowledge of technical skills Proficient and competent using AutoCAD, currently office software. Good to have basic knowledge of Revit where the practice is slowly moving onto. Proficient understanding of project delivery and applying building regulations. In return, you are offered a salary packages of £45,000 to £55,000 with plenty of development to further your career, openings for Associate and Directorship.
