Overview

Customer Services - Medical Devices - Team Leader - Hammersmith A growing Medical Devices company, based close to Hammersmith, are currently looking for a Customer Services Specialist who will be able to grow a team from scratch. Due to the specialist nature of their work, you need to have worked in the Medical Devices sector previously as a Team Leader of a Customer Services Unit. Ideally, you will have had experience of starting a team from scratch. As you will be the first person in this role, you must still be willing to deal with incoming Customer Services enquires daily. As this is a growing company, knowledge of managing salespeople's and companies' operations will be useful as you will be working closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams. This company are offering a competitive salary and benefits package that includes company shares, something that is quite rare in the sector at the moment. If your Customer Services knowledge has not been in the Medical Devices sector, I'm afraid you cannot be considered for this role as we really need someone who knows how the market works and has an understanding of the regulations.
