Intermediate or Senior Quantity Surveyor Your new company A leading Chester based contractor are looking for an Intermediate or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team, delivering new build housing across North Wales, Merseyside and Cheshire for the open market as well as various contracts and joint ventures with local housing Associations. This is a well renowned and prestigious business in the local market that offers plenty of opportunity for career progression. Your new role You will take full responsibility for various new build housing sites, at different stages of build ranging from appraisal stage, mobilisation/R&S and established. Work will involve budgeting, tendering, procuring orders, valuing, CVR reports, subcontractor payments amongst other day-to-day commercial functions. What you'll need to succeed You are an Intermediate or Senior level Quantity Surveyor able to work on day release or degree qualified already. You are ambitious, hard working and keen to progress your career. Some new build housing or contracting experience is ideal for this role.
