Senior Architect, Leeds city centre, Salary £33,000-£35,000, experience across all RIBA stages. Your new company A small but growing architectural practice based in Leeds city centre require an experienced Architect to join their team. Based in Leeds city centre with easy access to public transport and an office that is in the busy south bank area. Your new role In return you will get the opportunity to work on projects across all RIBA stages, winning the work and building relationships with clients. This job will give you the chance to take autonomy over your role allowing you to develop your own client relationships and delivering these projects on site. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed you will need experience working within the residential sector, or be able to win work with the sector you specialise in. You will need to be able to demonstrate examples of working across the RIBA stages articulating you challenges and how they have been over come. What you'll get in return In return you will get a competitive salary of £33,000-£35,000 depending on your experience. As mentioned you will be in a role that will allow you to take autonomy in the role. A small but established practice that support each other and have a positive working culture.
