Overview
Due to growth, a large independent Accountancy Practice require a Semi-Senior Accountant in their Manchester office. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody with previous Accountancy Practice experience in an accounts / audit position. Within this role you will be preparing Statutory Accounts for Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies for the Manager to review. There is a chance to also progress within Audit also, where you will be assisting on the audit of various clients including solicitors and charities. You will be dealing directly with the clients both in person and on the telephone. The ideal candidate will be AAT qualified or equivalent, have excellent communication skills and have very strong IT skills including SAGE Line 50. You must be familiar with Solicitors Accounts Rules. Practice experience in a previous role is essential.
