Overview
We are actively looking for an Architect to join and develop their career within well-established, talented Architectural Practice based around the Surrey area. This is an excellent career opportunity for an Architect to progress their career within a growing team. This client specialises predominantly within the Commercial sector and are well known for their sustainable and advanced design. The successful Architect will be primarily be working on Education and Healthcare developments so it would be highly advantageous to have previous experience within a similar position. Daily responsibilities will include job running and discuss the ideas, objectives, requirements and budget of a project and in some cases help to select a site. The successful Architect will be using Revit and AutoCAD on a daily basis so it would be essential to have an excellent working knowledge of this. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architect to further their career and challenge themselves in a fast-paced environment alongside a motivated team. Architect Position Overview Work within the Commercial sector on Education and Healthcare developments Work alongside internal and external stakeholders Work on all RIBA stages Prepare tender applications and presentations Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction Liaise with clients and develop key relationships Architect Position Requirements ARB registered Degree qualified in Architecture Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD & Revit, Essential Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations High Technical Standard Living in or near the Surrey area Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic Architect Position Remuneration Salary; £30,000 - £45,000 (DOE) Holiday; 20 Days Bank Holidays Pension Healthcare after 1 years' service Other benefits discussed at interview stage Bennett & Game Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
