Overview
Hague Personnel is currently recruiting a Sales Administrator on a permanent basis for our client based in Halifax. Our client is an innovative manufacturer who excel within their field. The Role To be the point of contact for customers and assist with their queries about products, orders, deliveries and general enquires Process purchase orders through Sage 50 Issuing customers with product quotations Ensuring all internal systems are kept up to date with all relevant information Filing, scanning, organising and general admin duties Notify transport of collection times Liaising with the despatch team Print transport labels and ensure the despatch team have all relevant documentation Requirements Excellent organisation skills Great communication skills and confident/polite telephone manner Previous experience within the architectural or construction industry Previous experience within a Sales Administration or Sales Support role Working Hours; Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm Salary; Between £18,000 and £22,000 Annual Holidays; 31 days including 8 bank holidays To apply for this position please submit your CV.
