Your new role As the new HR Manager you will be operating in a standalone capacity as you deliver on all aspects of the HR function for this exciting organisation. Reporting into senior management you will take the lead on all ER as well as recruitment matters. Working at both a strategic and operational level you will gain the opportunity to expand your knowledge of the HR sector What you'll need to succeed As the new HR/Office Manager for this dynamic organisation you will need 3 years experience in an office-based environment preferably in an HR capacity Furthermore, you will be a highly motivated individual who has experience dealing with complex ER issues in a fast-paced environment.
