Overview

Our client are an independent café based in West Berkshire. Currently with an exciting opportunity to recruit their full time chef. The cafe serve delicious home cooked breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and on Saturdays, an all-day brunch menu. Their homemade cakes are all baked on site and experience in patisserie, Baking/ as a pastry chef would be an advantage in the role. Lunches are also prepared to order using fresh local seasonal produce. The client will also offer a stunning daily salad bar to accompany our lunch menu options and made to order sandwiches, soups and freshly baked quiches. This is a one person job running the service in the cafe, 22 covers seating- reporting to the owners as required. You will be heavily involved in menu changes as design as required.
