An award winning restaurant located in Lincoln is seeking to employ a strong Head Chef Role: A restaurant offering modern British dining created to high standards is seeking a Head Chef to take over the running of the kitchen department.In this role of Head Chef you will be managing a team of seven chefs ensuring that they are all capable of creating modern dishes that follow the latest dining trends using seasonal, fresh ingredients sourced from suppliers in the local region wherever possible.The restaurant has a good reputation following it receiving a number of awards and gaining accolades including AA Rosettes as a result it is important that the successful chef can continue to push the standards follow whilst ensuring that the current awards are maintained. Requirements: The role needs a Head Chef who has been working at this level in a one or two AA Rosette awarded kitchen where you were up to date with the latest cooking trends as well as using the latest presentation styles.A confident team manager who is capable of working under pressure whilst directing a brigade who are also under pressure to perform to the high standards expected consistently is required.
