Overview
Are you a London based IT Skills Coach / Mentor looking to reduce all travel, work only on pathways you enjoy, whilst working for one of the UK's most prestigious education providers, offering one of the most impressive benefits packages in the sector? To kick off their rapid 2020 growth plans within their technology provision, our client is on the lookout for 3x London based IT Skills Coaches to start in the new year. They are happy to look at Skills Coaches / Mentors / Assessors from all pathways (Software, Data, Networking, etc.) and they will only get you to work on the pathways you are comfortable with. (All Pathways they deliver are stated below). They have a very much online model, meaning the only travel required is the travel to their central London campus. NOTHING ELSE. This is where you'll provide your online coaching / remote visits. You will be given a caseload of 40 (maximum) to look after, all of whom will be on Levels 4 - 6 IT Apprenticeship Programmes (BCS). They have some serious growth plans over the next year or so, meaning exciting career progression opportunities. They will also offer you free access to all of their courses, including degrees - allowing you to constantly upskill yourself. The pathways our client provides apprenticeships in: Software Developer, Software Tester, Software Engineer, Data Analyst, Data Science, Business Analyst, Infrastructure Technician, Network Engineer, Network Architect, Project Manager, Cyber Security, Digital Marketer. What you need to apply: Experience working as an Assessor / Skills Coach / Mentor on IT apprenticeships (Also happy to look at any Lecturer/Trainer/Tutors working on IT apprenticeships). Good understanding of EPA (End Point Assessment) Industry experience within your field - must be relevant to one of above pathways.
