Care Assistant Location: Haringey Salary: £16,409,74 Hours: 7 day rota – 7AM – 3PM, 2PM – 9PM, 3PM – 10PM (you must be able to work weekends and all above shifts). We are seeking Care Assistants with a genuine interest in care and support, we are seeking to recruit into a growing team offering a fantastic working environment within easy reach to public transport links. Opened in July 2011, Roden Court is a light and airy purpose-built building. There are 17 one-bedroom and 23 two-bedroom self-contained flats. The flats are spacious, modern homes, complemented by shared areas and facilities open to everyone. Duties: As a Care Assistant, you will provide high quality, flexible, person-centred care, treating all individuals with respect and dignity at all times. You will support our residents to achieve the outcomes in their personalised care plan, improving their quality of life and building confidence and skills to enable independent living, whilst playing an active role in their communities.
