SERVICE DESIGNER Public Sector Client Sheffield Based 6 Month Contract Inside IR35 Negotiable Rate PLEASE NOTE THE DEADLINE IS END OF DAY TODAY (06/03) Roles and Duties: Work within and across multi-disciplinary teams to design, prototype and build services Understand user needs, journeys and motivations across systems and organisational boundaries Understand root causes of failure whiting existing systems Confidently identify opportunities for improving outcomes and efficiency within existing services Help to define vision and outcomes for products, services and programmes Develop trusted relationships within your team and with senior stakeholders Experience and Skills Required: Experience of interpreting user needs and business objectives in complex areas Experience of creating high-quality artefacts such as experience maps and service blueprints Experience of Invision or Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite Strong communication skills Experience working in agile environments Experience of designing at scale If you are suitable and interested, please send your CV to Georgie at Certes Certes Computing (and all of its subsidiary companies) is committed to promoting equality and diversity in its business operations.
