Overview

Our client is looking for a driven and compassionate Residential Care Home Manager who is dedicated to deliver the best quality care. As a manager you will work as part of a team ensuring the smooth running of the care homes day to day whilst working across the company with other managers, team leaders and Directors to ensure their policies, procedures and practices are up to date, in line with legislation, and put the individuals the company supports at the centre of everything they do. The company provides a residential, support led service to adults with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities (Challenging behaviour) via a person-centred approach that fosters self-awareness, personal growth and gives individuals the strongest voice with regards to decision making and lifestyle choices.
