Overview
We are looking for passionate, experienced Care Assistants to join our team to work in Residential Care Homes in and around Tamworth. We can offer you various shifts based on your availability: Earlies, Lates, Long days, and Nights on a weekly rota provided in advance, weekly pay, 28 days holiday pro rota, online access to your rota, free uniform and free update training. The role of Care Assistant is vital to meet the needs of the residential homes that rely on us to ensure staffing levels are adequate which ensures care is provided to elderly residents with dignity and respect. As a Care Assistant you will be responsible for: • Providing personal care to residents • Providing support and encouragement to Residents in all areas / activities of daily living. • Ensuring the respect, dignity and rights to privacy of Residents as far as possible. • Work as part of a team along with permanent staff at each home. We would love to hear from you if you have recent experience as a Care Assistant, Support worker or Personal Assistant deliveraing personal care. An Enhanced DBS is required for this role.
