PA to Founder
Overview
Innovative, founder-led venture capital start-up seeks an ambitious, organised and service-focused graduate PA – this role will be to PA to the founder and is a total mix of private and business coordination. This is for a can-do PA who understands that supporting a founder means them, their homelife, their team, their office – everything. Due to the VC company being new and growing, the founder can offer a varied and challenging role which will grow around the right PA. Of course, supporting a successful, high-profile, super busy founder means that, as the PA, you will need to bring logistics skills and business acumen in equal measure. The founder is people-focused – keen to surround themselves with a collaborative, hardworking team, so this is a great group for you to be joining. They can also offer you a spot in their smart, high-end co-working office with all associated perks. Duties for this role are everything you can imagine – complex international diary management, events and meeting coordination, client / investor liaison, coordination of personal life (two houses, insurances, staff, renovations, etc.). Once you nail the core role, there is also a chance to meaningfully and deeply learn about the business, and develop this through working closely with the driven MDs. Key qualities you will possess to excel here – • organised to the nth degree (goes without saying) with gentle, calm and warm upward management skills • experience of sporting at very pacey and senior level in a corporate environment, e.g. CEO, Principal, MD • being super caring about the team around you and wanting to help – with a sense of fun to brighten up days when the pressure is on • a keenness to learn and improve, happy to hold yourself and others to account • a team player – putting relationships first at work, and wanting a true bond with your colleagues And more – let's be in touch to discuss in detail.
