PA required for the Trading Floor of this fantastic company in the City. Seeking a confident and personable PA with a great sense of humour who is able to push back, you will provide full PA support to a team of Execs whilst also working collaboratively with other PA’s. A busy and challenging PA role which requires someone with proven PA experience supporting a team, ideally on a trading floor Duties will include; Organising roadshows CRM Meeting and greeting clients Assisting in organising events Booking conferences, restaurants and client evenings and meetings Diary management Coordinating travel arrangements Processing expenses Offering a great bonus and benefits package, if you consider yourself to be a slick PA who is looking to work for a rewarding and reputable company then we need to be hearing from you today.
