Overview
A Claims Analyst position has become available at a profitable broker. This is an ideal role for someone looking to analyse all aspects of the claims function including but not limited to lifecycle, service standards and performance. Key duties involve liaising with senior stakeholders and supporting the Claims Operations Manager and assisting with claims reports testing and analysis. This boasts an opportunity to join an already established claims operations team who pride themselves in using analytics to drive change and foster best practice within the claims function. A background in claims analytics or operations is desirable and experience within the London Insurance Market is essential.
