As a leading IT solutions provider for schools across the region, OmniCom Solutions are looking to grow their team of IT professionals through the addition of another Baltic apprentice. Located in Meadowfield, the apprentice will be joining a team of experts with plenty of opportunity to gain experience and develop their skills and knowledge across a range of technical areas. The right candidate will have a passion for IT, strong communication skills and the desire to progress their career in IT. Find out more about information about OmniCom Solutions here: https:/// Roles & Responsibilities (will include but not be limited to): Typical roles and responsibilities include (but are not limited to): 1st line support on a service desk Hardware configuration on and off client sites Setting up devices including PCs, iPads and more. Communicating with clients both remotely and in person Basic troubleshooting and problem solving Full training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeship by both Baltic Apprenticeships and OmniCom Solutions. Desired Qualities, Skills & Knowledge: Problem solving skills Organisational skills Strong communication skills Passionate about IT Hard working Grade 3 GCSE or Functional Skills Level 2 English Grade 4 GCSE or Functional Skills Level 2 Maths Salary, Hours & Benefits: £8,541 per annum Monday - Thursday, 8:45pm to 5pm Fridays, 8.45pm to 4pm 20 day holiday plus bank holidays Specialist training and qualifications There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the programme. You, along with your employer, may progress to a Level 4 programme, and take your training even further.
