This is a permanent full time post working 37.5 hours per week across a weekly rota, which will include evenings weekends and sleep ins. About the role… As a Support Worker you will support and enable people to live the life they choose You will be based at our client's supported living service in Poole, providing 24 hour support to a deafblind individual to enable them to live safely in their own home and access the community. To help the individual take part in activities that they enjoy, such as Café and Pub trips, Cinema, walks on the beach and the occasional trip to local theme parks. The most important aspect of the role is communicating with the client using PECs, Makaton and or Basic British sign language.
