Legal Counsel

A fast-growing international pharmaceutical company is looking to hire a junior Commercial Lawyer to join its growing team as Legal Counsel. Based in Basildon, Essex, the In-House Counsel will be offered a full-time, permanent position. Your New Role Reporting to the Head of Legal, the Legal Counsel will provide general commercial support across international business units. Responsibilities will include: Drafting, negotiating and advising on a range of commercial legal agreements including distribution agreements, manufacturing agreements, marketing agreements and promotional agreements. Working directly with business units and key business stakeholders to provide commercial legal support and risk management. Advising on intellectual property matters. Liaising with external legal counsel. Assisting with regulatory matters. About You The business looks to hire an In-House Counsel who demonstrates: 1-3 years PQE gained in a commercial legal environment. Training from either a well-regarded law firm or in-house team.
