In the summer of 2017 we launched our app Shoppix which allows users to snap images of their receipts and answer surveys in exchange for rewards. The app has now been downloaded by well over 200,000 people in the UK. We are looking a strong logical thinker to join our Survey Scripting Team, helping to construct the surveys our app users receive. As part of a large and growing organisation there is significant scope for long term personal and career growth within Kantar, both locally and abroad. The Role Scripting and deploying surveys, drawing down the results and preparing these for analysis. Making recommendations to our commercial teams on the most appropriate survey structure through a strong understanding of best practice. Key Outcomes Scripting surveys using Questback for deployment in Shoppix and on laptops / desktops for surveys on our other consumer panels Taking the lead on designing and scripting Engagement surveys for Shoppix users Delivering codebooks and data files to the analysts to create reports at the end of fieldwork Generating daily sample checks used to update the commercial team and Business Analysts on the progress of projects Ensure scripting processes and methodologies are followed, updating these when necessary Provide guidance on recommended survey structure to our commercial based on best practice Develop and maintain relationships with other teams, including developers and commercial colleagues Provide wider support for the Shoppix Panel Quality team as required Capabilities Knowledge and experience of Questback or other survey scripting platforms is desirable but not essential. Training in Questback will be provided within the role Experience of HTML, CSS, Jscript and SQL is desirable Ability to demonstrate a logical thought process Ability to work to tight deadlines, both individually and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and drive to achieve high quality of deliverables Strong relationship building, teamwork, and communication skills Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities A passion for working with data and apps Join Us At Kantar we have an integrated way of rewarding our people based around a simple, clear and consistent set of principles.
