Overview
This is a senior family solicitor vacancy in an established law firm that has been in Oxford for over 120 years. It has developed long-lasting relationships with HNW clients, family businesses and agricultural clients. The firm is seeking a senior family solicitor with 8 years' PQE to work in the team advising on privately funded family matters including matrimonial, divorce & ancillary relief, finances & separation, injunctions, civil partnerships, cohabitation disputes, pre and postnuptial agreements and Children Act work (inc. maintenance, child support and child arrangements). In the main, you will be dealing with wealthy individuals throughout Oxfordshire and the neighbouring counties. The work is of good quality and complex, so previous experience in this particular aspect of family is a must. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, have a good eye for detail and take pride in the quality of service provided. There is a preference for you to be a Member of Resolution and have the ability to undertake most of your own advocacy.
