Overview
R.E. Phillips and Son is a mixed farm consisting of Arable, Pigs, Beef and Sheep and is currently looking for a stockperson to work on the 380 sow farrow to finish pig unit. The successful applicant will take shared responsibility for the day to day routines and management of the breeding unit and progeny upto 12 weeks of age. The applicant needs to be self motivated and have a desire to work to high standards of animal welfare and herd performance.
