Kinetic Youth Ltd ARE RECRUITING YOUTH WORKERS Kinetic Youth Ltd is a social enterprise that delivers Youth Work Services within the secure estate, in both Youth Offending Institutes with under 18’s and the adult estate with 18-25 year olds. As the value of youth work increases within the secure estate, establishments are looking to us to deliver services. We are recruiting for a number of positions at various sites in Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Wetherby, Yorkshire, Thamesmead, East London, Feltham West London, and Rochester and The Isle of Sheppey in Kent. Youth Workers who work for Kinetic Youth need to be passionate about delivering youth work to young people who are incredibly disadvantaged. Individuals need to be highly motivated, able to deliver to instruction and on their own initiative, and have the ability to deliver in a challenging environment. Responsibilities include delivering, developing and managing (dependent on role) youth work programmes and projects as part of the Kinetic Youth Work Service. Salaries are related to qualifications and experience and range from £17,828 - £35,159 per annum (or pro rata for part time hours).
