Virtual Interviews, onboarding and remote working are all enabled due to COVID-19 Once restrictions are reduced this role will be 3 days / week in Aberdeen Agile Coach 12 Month Contract Aberdeen Based with some Remote working options Rate Circa £600/day (Inside IR35) Start Date: ASAP (Interviews W/C 24th March) Virtual Interviews, onboarding and remote working are all enabled due to COVID-19 Once restrictions are reduced this role will be 3 days / week in Aberdeen Agile Scrum Kanban Software Development Data Science Digital The Agile Coach will: · Coach a number of teams using scrum methodology · Coordinate multiple scrums across software development, data science and digital · Encourage mentoring and coaching across all teams · Create a roadmap to allow growth including tracking metrics · Manage a wide range of stakeholders · Use a wide range of Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban Do you have: · Experience with a wide range of Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban? · Experience working with digital, data science and software development teams? · Experience working in Agile software development in a Scrum Master, Service Delivery Manager or Agile Coach role? · Experience scaling team level frameworks to Enterprise agility frameworks? · Strong stakeholder management experience?
