Position - Support Worker Location - Ottershaw (Chertsey) Salary - £17,000 p.a Hours - 39 per week worked on a rota basis involving day, evenings and nights spread across the week, weekends and Bank holidays. (6:30/7:30am-2/4pm, 1:30/2:30pm-8/10pm, 8:45pm-7:15am and sleep ins 11pm-7am About the company - a specialist provider of complex social care services . They support people with learning disability, autism, and brain injury to make choices, build relationships and enjoy life. About the service - This is an adult assisted living service who have learning disabilities, physical disabilities, dementia and complex needs. It is situated within a 5 minute walk form a bus service. The service itself is undergoing development so this is a great time to be joining so that you can be part of the new set up. Type of person required - We are looking for a team player who is happy to support residents with their daily appointments and activities, their day to day living tasks and help with personal development. You will have an understanding of what it is to care for vulnerable people with some similar work experience.
