Overview

I'm recruiting a Data Engineer for a permanent role in Cardiff. Salary up to £43,000pa benefits, and a chance to work for a global FTSE 100 business. You'll be required to work closely with the database and data engineering teams building systems facilitating the extraction and transformation of data. This role will require you to define and build data (ETL) pipelines that will enable faster, better, data-informed decision-making. This is an opportunity to gain exposure to big data architectures. Requirements:- 2 years development experience (SQL / PL-SQL / ETL / BI Developer) SQL programming and code optimisation Experience designing and building ETL pipelines Awareness of cloud technologies desirable (AWS in particular) Experienced in working with large datasets If you're interested please apply ASAP with a copy of your up to date CV.
