FEE EARNER - CONVEYANCE £ SALARY OPEN DOE HUDDERSFIELD One of the friendliest and employee accommodating clients that I am currently working with, is looking for an Experienced Conveyance Fee Earner to join their vibrant team in a great office location in Huddersfield. We really do need proven ‘hands-on’ experience of residential conveyancing, with the ability to work as part of a dedicated team and managing 2 Conveyance Assistants. Based in their Huddersfield office you will handle Residential Property sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and other non – contentious property related matters. They also have a role available in their modern Leeds offices if this location would be better suited. You will be familiar with acting, in the main, for buyers and sellers of freehold and leasehold properties from the start to the finish of residential property transactions. You'll have enthusiasm and flair for client contact and be active in networking and business development, being a strong and confident communicator who enjoys generating and developing new business connections.
