Overview
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Group Bookkeeper / Debt Collector to join a top 10 Accountancy practice. Working on a full-time basis, the successful applicant will work full time earning £23000 - £25000 per annum dependent upon experience. The Company This accountancy practice is a well-established business which also owns three other accountancy companies. The successful applicant will join the group's welcoming and friendly team, assisting in managing day-to-day accounting. Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Entering cash receipts on to CCH Paying invoices and expenses and entering on to Xero Reconciling bank accounts Preparing quarterly VAT returns for three of the practices Controlling cash collection and chasing late payments and liaising with partners Liaising with the partners in preparing year-end accounts Other administrative tasks Key Skills/ Experience To be considered for the Bookkeeper role you must have at least 2 years of bookkeeping using the Xero software. In addition, the following key skills and experience are essential: Extensive experience with data entry and record keeping Able to work on your own initiative An accurate, logical and concise approach to their work If this role suites your background please apply
