Overview
Due to continued success our client is now looking for additional New Claims Advisors to join their already vibrant and energised team. This rapidly expanding leading automotive insurance group delivers high-quality telephone-based sales through an excellent customer service experience, following their customers involvement in non-fault accidents. Working out of a modern office in Coleshill, this New Claims Advisor role requires a passionate and empathetic individual who can provide customers a fresh, honest and reliable service. As the New Claims Advisor who is able to work in a fast-paced office environment, you will have: The ability to learn new processes quickly and efficiently Competence using (MS Office) MS Word, Excel Excellent verbal communication skills, persuasive and assertive Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills Proven judgment and decision-making skills including problem solving Ability to effectively manage professional relationships with business partners and clients Empathetic and Sympathetic approach Demonstrable experience of achieving against targets The ideal candidate will be a driven, organised individual and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
