Support Analyst Tamworth, Staffordshire £20,000 - £24,000 Benefits Training Certifications Due to my client's consistent growth across the business they are now in search for an experienced Support Analyst to join them to help further improve the level of service they are providing to their clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for any Support Analyst' to not only join an already well-established service provider, but one that invests in it's staff through the training & payment towards certifications while offering progression across a wide range of avenues in management or advanced technical roles. Role Details Working Monday - Friday across 09:00 - 17:30 (overtime is available for people who are looking to earn extra) Resolve incidents and tickets Make sure that SLA's are adhered to and provide a high level of customer service to clients Ensure that more technical issues are correctly assigned and escalated to the 2nd line team Problems are documented correctly for both present and future reference for engineers. Contribute to 1-2-1 sessions to help with your personal development and outline your SMART targets.
