Position: Reporting into the Global Senior Director of Digital, you will take the lead with SEO for the business, producing full technical audits and communicating your recommendations. The ideal candidate will analyze, review, and implement changes to websites so they are optimized for search engines. This candidate will be able to implement actionable strategies that will improve site visibility. Overall Responsibility: - Work with the Global Senior Director of Digital on tactics to improve organic performance across all the JuicePlus owned websites. - Create a Global SEO plan taking into account the following - including keyword research, competitor research, content marketing, on-page optimisations, technical website improvements, and link building. - Conducting regular SEO audits and monthly reporting across all websites - Responsible for managing all regional SEO agencies. Responsibilities: - Development and supporting the implementation of Global Search Engine Optimisation projects - Work with and manage with agency partners on an international level on related projects - increase natural search traffic from Google and other search engines via visibility and rank improvement initiatives such as identifying content opportunities that will drive top-of-the-funnel traffic through search engine visibility. - Working with Content Creation and Social Media teams to assist in content optimisation and keyword analysis - Take the lead in SEO and provide expertise, knowledge and support across Marketing and wider teams - Consistently review and suggest improvements using both expertise and a data-driven approach - Managing and Briefing agencies - Ensuring up to date knowledge on any changes in SEO and SEA, and updating relevant team members - especially within the digital team - Input to Marketing strategy and activities - Working closely with Web Coordinator EMEA on all website projects to ensure optimisation from the ground up - Being an integral part of our digital modernisation project and consulting and taking leads in relevant projects Skills / Experiences - Experience using the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS would be desirable - Experience using the following tools would also be highly advantageous: o SEMRush o Ahrefs o Advanced web ranking o Screaming frog o Tube Buddy o Brightedge Education/ Qualifications - Bachelor University Degree in Marketing, Economics, Media, Business Communications or similar Ideal. - 2 years’ experience in a similar position - Proven track record of designing and delivering SEO plans and projects in an ideally B2C business environment - Experience with Adobe AEM is desirable - Strong grasp of analytics and how to apply a data-driven approach - Experience with Tableau a benefit - High level of integrity, reliability and resilience - Project management experience (internal / external) - Capable Self-motivator - Strong organisational skills - Good and open communicator - High cultural understanding - ability to work in pan-European and global (project) teams - Strong lateral thinking - Good communication and copywriting skills - Hands-on, open, communicative and innovative person - High affinity and understanding of nutrition, health, sports - High online marketing knowledge - Good Understanding of Business and Broader Marketing - Well experienced in MS Office - Willing to travel, ability to cope with flexible working time - Comfortable with PowerPoint and ability to present and communicate ideas
