A global media agency are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team. Offering a full study package and real opportunities for progression this role is a great opportunity for an ambitious finance graduate. Working directly with the Finance Manager you will be responsible for. Registering and handing out invoices for approval Posting supplier invoices Managing a portfolio of suppliers and dealing with all supplier queries via phone and email Producing payment runs and ad hoc payments, ensuring suppliers are paid within payment terms Daily bank and cash postings Supplier statement reconciliations Posting and reconciling all job related travel Maintaining credit cards, gaining approval, making payments and reconciling The successful candidate will: Have a minimum 3 months experience in a similar role A keen interest in media and entertainment Strong communication skills with a can do attitude
