Overview
The Company Nigel Wright are supporting a large and reputable organisation based in the centre of Newcastle with the recruitment of an experienced SAP Business Analyst into their IT department. The team develop and support the SAP S/4 Hana solution across many different modules and current projects are focusing on improvements to the HCM Payroll and Pensions modules. The Role We're looking for a Business Analyst with excellent SAP skills, specifically with experience in HCM Payroll and Pensions. You'll play a key role in the SAP Success Factors implementation, involved in the design, development, implementation and ongoing support of SAP HCM modules. The Person Ideally candidates will have previous experience with SAP Success Factors, HCM Payroll and Pensions, and should be comfortable working closely with user groups to gather requirements, producing documentation for technical teams and being involved in the implementation of solutions and services. Experience should include; Enterprise scale ERP projects, preferably in SAP Knowledge of HR modules such as HCM, Payroll and Pension solutions, preferably SAP Success Factors Requirements gathering for ERP configuration Excellent stakeholder management The role will come with salary of up to £56, 000 and an excellent benefits package.
