Overview
Nexgen Locum are now recruiting for dedicated and hard-working Care Assistants and Support Workers to work on various contracts across Essex. Immediate start and weekly pay The Role Aid, develop and provide care and support to the clients within residential settings, care homes or within home care businesses Provide emotional and physical support tailored to each individual Client Understand and communicate effectively with the clients who have mental health difficulties or learning disabilities Follow all safety guidelines and procedures Engage the adults in activities to promote productivity Provide high standards of cleanliness and comfort at all times Things you need Minimum of 1 year experience within the care sector Ability to act on your own initiative Excellent communication skills Calm, rational and attentive Experience of working within the community and knowledge of the surrounding area. Enhanced DBS Clean Driving License and access to a car is preferred What’s in it for you?
