JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor PQE: 5 years PQE LOCATION: Nottinghamshire SALARY: £40,000 plus DOE THE ROLE: A new opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor who is looking for the next step in their career and to join a firm which not only holds a very strong reputation across the UK legal market but also has leading industry expertise within the private client sector. This marketing leading law firm is looking to appoint a reputable and tenacious Private Client Solicitor who not only has strong technical abilities but who also appreciates the need to business develop to ensure continuing growth and client relationships within the department. This position will require you to have a solid understanding of all aspects of private client law including wills and probate, court of protection, trusts, tax issues including capital gains and inheritance matters on behalf of high net worth client base. THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will be a Private Client Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE gained with another leading law firm. It is essential that you have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others. The successful Private Client Solicitor will be ambitious and also be happy to commute further afield when necessary to meet with key clients.
