FM Handy Man My client is a major FM provide in the UK. They are recruiting a FM Handy Person to join the team located in Southampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting basic trade skills for minor works and maintenance requirements at account's site. Role Summary: Uphold and actively support the site and company safety requirements Actively engage in a positive safety culture which supports the requirement that nobody gets hurt Undertake works as directed to support minor works projects and maintenance activities including but not limited to painting and decorating, basic carpentry work, basic plumbing work, laying carpet tiles, assisting craftsmen, removing partition walls, furniture moves and minor building fabric repairs Act as safety buddy for non-site mature staff and contractors Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
