Overview
Conrad Consulting is looking to recruit a Project Manager for our main contracting client on a permanent basis in Glasgow. Our client offers a wide-ranging portfolio of commercial and residential developments and offers bespoke developments ensuring they continually provide a dynamic offering to the market. Working on a large scale, high value development in Glasgow you will be responsible for overseeing this project in its entirety. You will lead, and positively manage a large site team of multi trades to drive projects forward and ensure that the quality of build is of the highest standard. You will be able to hit the ground running and have confidence in your decision-making abilities and also be a positive leader that can help influence staff on site and enhance productivity. Aside from operational delivery, you will also be expected to manage the client and stakeholder relationships, and this is done by attending and in some cases facilitating, regular progress meetings ensuring all parties with an interest in this build are kept up to speed with progress and any changes to programme and/or budgets. My client is looking for someone with a demonstrable history of delivering large developments across either the commercial or residential sectors who can positively influence change to ensure timely delivery of projects.
