The Client: Located in Covent Garden £22k basic uncapped comms. OTE £35k-40k 1st year, £60k 2nd year Excellent company culture- work hard, play hard. The role itself Involves cold-calling Networking and attending high end conferences Client and candidate face to face meetings Sourcing candidates through - Headhunting, Advertising, Networking Screening CV’s Interviewing market leading candidates on the phone and face to face Arranging interviews Negotiating and closing deals Not only will you be doing all of this in a buzzing, modern, office environment near Covent Garden The package: Uncapped Commission from day 1 - take control of your own earning potential Quarterly and annual bonus (double your salary by a performance bonus ON TOP of your commission - I know it sounds too good to be true, but we tell no lies) Holiday incentives (targeted of course) to New York, Ibiza , Las Vegas, Marbella, Dubai the list goes on 5 Year Progression Plan - get to Team Leader in 3 years and to Director in 5 Lunch clubs (it’s not an actual club but you get taken out on fancy all paid for lunches in Michelin star restaurants for hitting target, yum) Free Gym Membership Individual gift targets - Rolex watches, spa breaks, shopping sprees & more Your Profile: 2:1 Graduate from an Established Uni Strong Commercial Experience or Sales Experience Since Hardworking Competitive Demonstrate Grit and Resilience Personable and good personality Driven to be successful If this sounds like it could be the opportunity for you, apply here to be immediately considered.
